MeitY Startup Hub GENESIS Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) 2.0 Support Program

We are pleased to announce that IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre has been selected as an Implementation Agency for the prestigious MeitY GENESIS Scheme. As part of this initiative, we invite applications from eligible startups for the GENESIS EIR Grant, which offers financial support of INR 10 Lakhs in a period of 2 years. Eligibility Criteria: 1. The EIR applicant should be citizen of India. 2. Applicants must be full-time UG/PG students with entrepreneurial pursuits or founders/co-founders of DPIIT-registered startups (≤ 2 years old). 3. The EIR must be physically incubated at the IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre after the selection. 4. The applicant must not have received significant external funding (exceeding ₹10 lacs, including government grants & funding). 5. The startup haven't received MEiTY GENESIS EIR Grant for their venture/idea on which they are currently working. 6. Applicants must be working on innovations at the stage of Ideation, Concept Development, Validation / Problem-Solution Fit, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Prototyping/Working Prototype in order to be considered for support under the GENESIS EiR Cohort 2 program. 7. EiRs working in following sector must only be considered to be eligible for EiR grant: ➢ Electronic design and manufacturing ➢ Deeptech software and product ➢ ICT space Using following technology: ➢ AI / ML ➢ IoT ➢ VLSI / Semiconductor ➢ Cybersecurity ➢ Blockchain ➢ Quantum computing ➢ AR / VR / Spatial and Immersive tech
