About This Grant
Prototyping Grants: Equity-free grants enabling very early teams (including student initiatives) to build their first prototype or validate a technical proof of concept. Pre-Seed Capital (convertible loan): For early-stage incorporated B2B deep-tech startups within the Munich/TUM ecosystem, offering founder-friendly terms (no valuation cap, no discount, no interest, and a Most Favoured Nation clause) as a convertible loan. The purpose: to support ambitious teams building scalable B2B deep-tech products and services, particularly hardware, software or hybrid solutions, and to link them into the UnternehmerTUM / TUM ecosystem.
